Wojciech Koszuta

Chairman of the Board of Directors, chief executive officer of ArcelorMittal Poland 

Wojciech started his career with Huta Florian SA in 2001, as a processing technology engineer. Then he joined Ispat Poland in 2003 as production planning engineer and Mittal Steel Poland in 2005 as a production planning office manager. He became process engineering department manager at ArcelorMittal Poland in 2007. Since then, he held different positions in our Polish sites. He took the position of organic coating line manager in 2008, prior to his appointment as plant support manager in 2011 in Swietochlowice, then unit director in 2012. In 2017 he moved to Krakow to become unit director. In his most recent role, since 2020, Wojciech has been chief operating officer quality and flat products with an additional responsibility for the central maintenance, PMM and progress team since 2022. In 2023, he became CEO and member of the management board of ArcelorMittal Poland.

Wojciech is a graduate in metallurgy and a post-graduate in material science from the Silesian University of Technology, Gliwice, Poland. He is also a post-graduate in business administration and marketing from the Karol Adamiecki University of Economics, Katowice, Poland.
