Wide offer of trainings
Our employees have access to different type of trainings: technical, managerial, language trainings to develop their skills. Trainings can be carried out in a traditional form or online under ArcelorMittal University programme. Thanks to this solution employees worldwide have a chance to develop the same skills.
Participation in development programmes and special projects
- Academy of Talents
The aim of the programme is to develop expert, managerial and coaching skills and transfer know-how between engineers. During the programme teams are working on real-life problem. The authors of best projects are awarded. Recently they could visist a Lamborghini factory in Italy.
- Trainings „Take care”
It is a unique, company-wide educational project focused on safety. The aim of the project is to find solutions to avoid accidents in our everyday work. All shop-floor employees are covered by trainings. The trainers were recruited internally, in 2017 - 4689 employees were trained by 10 trainers.
- Learning Week
During Learning Week we promote the idea of learning throughout the whole life and motivate employees to focus on their career path. During the whole week various workshops and motivational meetings are organized.
-Safety Day, Health Week, Work and Life Balance
Each year we organize inspiring events to increase awareness on health and safety and improve comfort of everyday life. Among many workshops, we offer mindfulness, diet and physiotherapist workshops.
