Today we celebrate Earth Day. It was established in the United States in 1969. Since then, on April 22, we pay special attention to our planet and talk about how to care for it.
EarthDay is the perfect time to talk about plans, both the small ones and large, that will serve the Earth.
The aim of the ArcelorMittal Group is to produce steel that will become an integral part of a sustainable, low-carbon economy and lead to climate neutrality. We are ready to change the technology of steel production from conventional to green. At ArcelorMittal's plants in Europe, we want to reduce CO2 emissions by 35% by 2030, and by 2050 we want to achieve climate neutrality.
