- Good relation with neighbors is a very important area of activity for each company, which runs its business in a sustainable way. For us activities addressed to local communities don’t always mean financial support measured by account balance of institution, NGOs. We try to create, change, engage. We offer innovative projects, which inspire residents to take care after their health, education and environment – says Monika Roznerska, HR director at ArcelorMittal Poland who received the award on behalf of the company.– We prefer the attitude to teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime, to motivate, to encourage to joint responsibility, respect others. It gives us a great satisfaction that besides joy resulting from reaching next steps in career ladder there is a great fun in doing something for others – she adds
