On Saturday morning on April 14, about 70 people gathered at the Community Club near Spacerowa Street in Dąbrowa Górnicza in Antoniow district, to take the challenge - collecting rubbish from the local forest. The event's slogan was: A clean forest pleases us!
Residents of Antoniow for the second time took part in the action of cleaning the surrounding forests, organized by the DG Project Association from Dąbrowa Górnicza. This year, the volunteers of ArcelorMittal Poland and other companies in the group also joined them.
The representatives of the Dąbrowa organization of Active Dąbrowa, OSP Ujejsce, the Council of Osiedle Antoniów and vocalist Bas Tajpan also took part in the cleaning action. Residents were also supported by Alba MPGK and Siewierz Forest District.
We all together collect about 120 bags of rubbish, 4 large tires and a toilet seat - this is the result of the search.
