Women's Forum
In response to the need to listen to the voice of colleagues, as a minority in the industry, we established an internal Women's Forum, which includes representatives of offices and plants from all locations where we conduct our business. The forum was created to strengthen the role of women in our company and to emphasize their perspective on the development of ArcelorMittal. During regular meetings, representatives from various areas exchange experiences, raise issues on behalf of colleagues from their departments and prepare recommendations for the company's management.
