Join the world of steel - ArcelorMittal Poland is recruiting!

The past 2017 was for ArcelorMittal Poland a challenging year in HR recruitment. With the arrival of spring, we have started new recruitment projects in order to face one of the company’s biggest challenge, which is bridging the generation gap.

We seek for engineers in the field of mechanical engineering, electrotechnics, energy engineering, metallurgy, materials engineering, but also for automation specialists and programmers. The last two are currently in the biggest demand in ArcelorMittal Poland.

We have currently opened vacancies for: software developer, specialist in the Process Modelling Office and industrial automation specialist.

We look for candidates who are willing to develop their skills and take up challenges. People who take the initiative and strive for innovation. Our offer is aimed at talented individuals, who want to grow within the company, and who see a future in our organization. A good command of English is equally important as we are working in an international environment.

For students, just entering the labour market, ArcelorMittal Poland proposes internships and apprenticeships. This is a great opportunity to confront their theoretical knowledge and skills with practice. Internships are designed mainly for people interested in mechanical engineering, electrotechnics, energy engineering, automatics and various aspects of technology of production. Metallurgy and materials engineering graduates are especially welcomed. All necessary information on how to apply for internships are available at zainstalujsie.pl website. The entry deadline is April 10.

Students in their last semester of studies, particularly those who pursue a Master’s degree in automation and programming, are welcomed to apply for relevant vacancies.

Our recruiters are present at many recruitment fairs organized by the largest universities in the region. Meeting and openly talking to them is the best way to find out more about the employer’s expectations and skills required on a given positions. Like every year, recruiters are present to answer all questions, to explain what are the available vacancies and to advice on personal growth opportunities in the international environment. We participated in the Job and Entrepreneurship fairs in Gliwice, as well as in the job fairs organized by the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow – a very popular event among students community. The recruiters from ArcelorMittal Poland have answered hundreds of questions from young people interested in starting their careers, and received dozens of application forms!
