We have been awarded with Silver CSR Leaflet from Polityka, which together with Deloitte carried out a survey on CSR and sustainable development among largest Polish companies. As the organizers inform silver leaflet is awarded to companies, which declare norm ISO 2600 and which apply international standards.
It has been the 6th time since Polityka magazine together with Deloitte award Silver, Gold and White CSR Leaflets. In this year edition 111 companies participated.
This year, the focus was placed on HR, which plays crucial role in sustainable development. It is our strong point- says Karolina Muza, head of CR at ArcelorMittal Poland. – We have clear recruiting policies, career path connected with GEDP and complex training system. Human development and internal communications is priority to us – adds Karolina Muza.
