HR in new hands. Stanisław Ból nominated HR director, ArcelorMittal Poland

The Board of Directors of ArcelorMittal Poland has nominated a new HR director. Stanisław Ból, will take up this position on November 1st.

Stanisław Ból has been with ArcelorMittal Poland since 1993, when he joined the current Dąbrowa Górnicza unit of ArcelorMittal Poland. He started in the railroad area of ​​the blast furnaces plant and steel plant. Since 2009, he has been dealing with personnel matters of Kolprem - one of the subsidiaries of ArcelorMittal Poland, where from 2015 he has been also a Board member. At ArcelorMittal Poland, he was responsible for social dialogue which means cooperation with trade unions. Before assuming his current position, Stanisław Ból was the labour and employee relations director of the company.

Stanisław is a graduate of the Częstochowa University of Technology. He has also completed post graduate studies on labour and social insurance law, entrepreneurship and management of companies as well as safety management system and business English at the University of Economics in Katowice.  He has qualification given by the Ministry of Treasury to be on the Supervisory Boards of State Treasury companies.

He is also the vice chairman of the Steel Industry Employers Chamber.
