For the first time this year, members of CR council met in Dąbrowa Górnicza on 5th of June. Magdalena Soboń-Stasiak Compliance Officer joined the council. Dominating issues were safety and environmental issues.
Members of the council shared as well with their experience from European Economic Congress. Our representatives participated in panels on ETS or HR issues.
Moreover, new form of social dialogue was presented, a pilot meeting organized as per AA1000 standard took place in Dąbrowa Górnicza. Dialogue as per AA1000 standard is a real challenge that is why there are not many companies which decide on it. ArcelorMittal Poland is at the forefront.
Deciding to organize a meeting as per this standard we proved that we meet our stakeholders’ needs – says Karolina Muza-Adamiec, head of CR at our company.
Next meeting is planned at the end of this year.
