In April, we invited employees of ArcelorMittal Poland and subsidiaries to a grant programme under “I act, help, I am a volunteer” project. The idea of the project is to promote the idea of volunteering among our employees. Those employees who are active in many NGOs, ecological associations could apply for a grant.
This year, we decided to focus on ecological aspect. It was not an easy task, but our employees took a challenge. 10 projects where selected which we will support. The fund will be transferred to organization, association where our employees are active volunteers.
