This year we are celebrating the 20th anniversary of our operations in Poland. Over these two decades, we have invested over PLN 10.5 billion in our branches and I can confidently say that these projects have allowed us to change the Polish steel industry. Consistent actions aimed not only at expanding our product range, but also at reducing our impact on the environment, show how much we care about our presence in Poland and the production of steel on the Vistula River. I am glad that our effort and contribution to the Polish economy over these 20 years has been noticed and appreciated.

Aleksandra Kania, Country Manager, and Director for Government Affairs & Strategic Partnerships in ArcelorMittal Poland

Metallurgy is a very important part of the Polish economy, and steel is a strategic raw material for subsequent generations. We are proud that we have contributed to the development of our domestic industry and, despite the difficulties recently faced by the entire industry, we are implementing intelligent systems and innovative solutions in our branches to become not only a more competitive company, but also a responsible and reliable employer. , business partner and neighbor.
