Sport

Sport is equally important to our company as education or health promotion. However, ArcelorMittal Poland is not involved in the promotion of professional sport, but supports local initiatives in which everyone can participate. Our goal is to encourage employees, their families and local communities to lead an active lifestyle. We do this, among others, through cooperation with Societies for the Promotion of Physical Culture operating at the branches in Krakow and in Dąbrowa Górnicza. It pays off. Our employees are great at getting involved, an example of which is participation in shooting competitions or football games, in which they often achieved success, as well as participation in the annual Dąbrowski Half Marathon.
